The ESOL party

Yesterday it was the ESOL party. We were celebrating our friendship. The egg and spoon game was my favourite because I beat my sister.

The Fox and the Crane

We are learning to retell stories using different sentence beginnings and conjunctions. Today we read the story of The Fox and the Crane. We retold the story with a partner using puppets.

Rona and the Moon

Rona's children could not go to sleep in the dark. The children wanted a drink of water and the moon was shining so Rona walked along the bumpy path to the spring. Suddenly the moon hid behind the clouds. Rona tripped over and she got angry at the moon. She shouted "You're a silly old moon." The moon got angry so he caught Rona and the moon pulled Rona up to the sky. In her hands there were a bucket and a tree. Now Rona lives in the moon and her children can only see her when it is a full moon.

Door hangers

Last wedneday we made door hangers at esol. They have chinese writing on them and it says welcome. The door hangers have oranges on them,

My new pen

I went to Warehouse Stationery on Sunday and I got a four colour ballpen. My sister got a blue pen. I wrote a story about Ben 10. He had a battle with Viel Gags.

At the Mall

At the Mall, I ate a hot dog. Yummy! It was chewy.
