The Fox and the Crane

We are learning to retell stories in the correct order. Today we read a story called The Fox and the Crane. Then we put the pictures in order. Next we worked with a partner to retell the story using puppets. We had lots of fun.

Rona and the Moon

Rona's children wanted a drink of water. She walked on the bumpy ground. The moon was shining so she could see the path. Then the moon hid behind a cloud. Rona tripped over. She was angry because she hurt her leg. "You are a silly old moon"said Rona. The moon grabbed Rona and Rona grabbed the tree and the water bottle. Rona now lives in the moon and the children need to look at the sky so they can see their Mum at the full moon.

My kite

Kites come from china and i come from china too.
On Friday I flew my kite on the field. My kite is orange and it has a long tail.

Our sandcastle

Last week we made a sandcastle in the sandpit. Our goal was to write a story about our sandcastle using two describing words. Here are our stories:
We made a sandcastle. I put lots of white shells in a circle shape. Eric

We read a book called 'A dragon in a wagon'. We thought of some sentences using rhyming words then illustrated these.

The Wonky Donkey
